Hinomoto E222

I have a Hinomoto E222 that just stopped running. I suspect it's the fuel injector pump. I have fuel up to the pump, but not out of the pump to the injectors. I tried removing, disassembling, cleaning, and putting it back on, but it's still the same. I tried low pressure air at the pump intake hole to see if I got air out the connections to the injectors but could not feel any. I'm pretty stumped. Anybody got any suggestions or have had this problem before?
