Hinomoto injector pump not pumping

I have a Hinomoto 15D that I have traced the fuel lines and have bled them and put a new filter and it won't pump out of either port. It ran fine a couple weeks ago then I shut it off and now nothing. One port of the pump spits and the other does nothing. Is there something I can try other than what I've done?
