Hinomoto N239
Hi !

I a brend new prowd owner of a 20 year old Hinomoto N239. Unfortunately my japanese is not too strong, and I cannot find my way around the many knobs and switches,
controlling the height and pitch of the roraty tiller.

What I could find out so far:

Manual control of heigh and pitch with the small joysticks on the side. (probably only ment for attaching the equipment)
Set a DOWN and an UP position with potentiometers, and switch between them with tha main flipswitch.

However, I believe there should be an autolevel, and autopitch feature, that I could not figure out properly yet.

Can anyone give me a hint on how to proceed? Any experience with such systems?
I also could not find any handbook or user manual on this matter.

I'd really appritiate any help I can get !

Bye,
MiQ

I can't help with the adjustments, but as regards the language - Go to translate.google.com and/or some of the other translation services on the internet. Some will be free. The free ones are translated by computer. If they're not good enough, some will charge for person to do the translation. That fails ? Call the Japanese embassy in Washington, D.C. or Japan Air (I'm serious). Over the years I've found anybody who uses English as a second language is happy to help - probably because some whose English is their mother tongue, helped them.

Some of these tractors with those 3 pt controllers would do all kinds of crazy stuff. Auto level, auto pitch, auto lift when reversing and auto down when going forward and a lot more stuff.

However, when these tractors are imported, all the leveling sensors and encoders mounted on the rotary tiller gets ripped off for some reason. So these systems won't work anymore.

If you still have all of these things on the tiller and connected to the tractor, consider your self lucky!
