Sounds like some serious money.
I guess if thats what you want, go for it. But from a $$ per square foot standpoint, you can get a larger area under roof if you just do one building instead of two smaller ones. And then maybe wall off a section for her.
Or you can get the same footage, for less money. Either way, one larger building gets more for your money than 2 smaller ones. Might also make it easier for utilities. Electric, water (if you choose), etc.
