Robbie, I couldn't find a pic of the cobra teeth on the FAE website I'll call them Monday see if they can email some info. The vipers look impressive.

Cat, Timberwolf, I almost bought a set of the chippers from quadco last year but can't remember why I didn't. They look like they would be easy to replace.

I've got a set of King Kong Tools planer teeth on there now. They seem alot better than the double carbides. I hope to get the excavator ready this week.

Look out everyone I've learned how to post pictures. This is the adapter I was talking about in the post of the 299D. Since I have a new mulcher comming for the CTL I thought I would give this a try. I am mounting this on a Cat 315D, planning on installing the case drain to the excavator, the other hydraulics are already there. Does anyone know why this won't work?

You have to take the door off or a tree will very shortly, with out the push bar the door sticks out too far into the cutting area. You should add a aux pump to the 315 as they cant multitask well with the cutter running they are not set up to give priority to the cutter very well.

Give us a call we can supply you with a priority valve It'll be easier and cheaper than another Pump.

We got everything hooked up, took the door off the mulcher, put on a half set of quadco chippers. WOW what a difference that makes. We haven't added a priority valve or an additional pump. Ours operates with the thumb roller, so far we just let off the roller when we need to do another function, takes alittle getting used to but ok for now. Added a guard for the front glass and have one to install on top of the cab. Really like having this, have a few people asking about working for them after crops are out. Thanks for your input.
