And finished with this. The tank is about 7ft wide,and 5/8" thick. Its about 2 1/2ft in dia. I used 3" channel for the feet. 2" round bar for the axle. And 6" channel for the frame.

Yes i put a 1" thread plug in the tank and plan to fill it with water when i get it to my lot. I didn't use sand because i will have to trailer it back and forth from the lot to the house and this way i can take some weight out of it. I think sand would be a better choice as it would weigh a lot more.Thanks Brian,

There is no way my tractor would lift it. Exp. If it was filled with water. The fel had a time lifting the tank off the trailer.Here is a thought.........
Replace the trailer tow hitch with a 3pt hitch.
Make up an adapter for a tow hitch if you choose to use that.
Unless it is too heavy when filled.
