This is the home designed and shop made carry all and weight for my JD 650 Cat. 1 hitch. Notice the 2 inch receiver hitch on the bottom. Made from 3 x 3 x 1/4 angle and painted John Deere green, attached to my Harbor Freight $69 quick hitch.
The weight is a gray plastic storage tub from Menards filled with 360 Lbs of concrete with room for more. It is attached to the back of the carry all with a piece of 5/8 Grade 5 threaded rod bent |__| and sticking out the back of the tub through holes in the carry all frame held on with 5/8 nuts. The bent rod is welded to the /\ piece on top for a lifting eye , all done before the concrete was poured (duh). I figure with the carry all, weight and carry all I've got 460 lbs on the back.
