honda 4013 lawn tractor pulley

Hi, I dont know if anybody will be able to help, but, we have a Honda H4013 lawn tractor which has a broken pulley assy. the part(75106-758-701) is no longer available from Honda and we have had no luck finding one on the shelf both here in the UK and in the USA also. It has been suggested that the pulley assy. from the h4518h may be a replacement but need to be sure before we order one.
Does anybody know?

What's special about the pulley? Many times, a universal pulley can be used. Is this an idler pulley or drive/driven pulley?
