I have one and the only problem that I have had with it was the CV boot. My kids backed over the burn pile and ripped it. It is very stable. It has plenty of power. Although, my wife's 450 foreman has more low end power. My brother-in-law has a grizzly and he says that mine is much smoother then his. I am very pleased with it. I love the fact that you can either drive it in automactic or you can shift the gears yourself. I have pulled my Dad's trailer with mine and it didn't even strain. I think that his trailer might weigh well over 1500 pounds. I think that Honda needs to look at a front bumper for it. I had to go with an aftermarket. The engine is very smooth. I would recommend the Rincon to anyone. My brother drove mine and my wife's and my brother-in-law's and he didn't even bat an eye and went straight to the dealer and bought a Rincon. Of course, I am partial to Honda. I have had two cars and two street bikes and a couple of lawnmowers and a couple of dirtbikes. All have been very dependable. And I have looked at the others. The Rincon is longer and wider than than others were when I got mine and you do have to think about transporting it. It will barely fit into the back of my Nissan truck. I know that this is all jumbled but maybe you can figure out the high points.

Hello,

Honda builds very reliable ATVs. I would choose the Rincon over the Grizzly. The only advice I would have is to look at your needs. If you want a trail riding ATV with good power and have the budget go with the RINCON. However, if you need low end power, more work than ride, or larger racks I would choose the FOREMAN or RUBICON.

Good Luck..You will be happy with any of these ATV's

Thank's guy's for your input. I guess my biggest concern would have been the transmission; being fairly new on these machines. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif The only way I can check this out is by receiving info from owner's like you. thank you CAG

If you are looking for reliability, you can't go wrong with a Honda.

There are some articles out there comparing the Kawasaki 700, Grizzly 660, Rincon 650, and Sportsman 700. I think I have one of these articles in mag at home. If you would like it, I can scan and email it to you - just let me know.

I used to own a 400 foreman and currently own a 2002 660 grizz. I like the power, the looks, the suspension, brakes, etc. and have had no problems with it in 2 years.

I use mine to play and work. It does a good job for me at both.

You really need to decide what you want to use the atv for as this will help you make the right choice. Some of the above mentioned could be considered more fun than work atv's while others have said the polaris 700 is more of a utility atv.

Good Luck on your decision.

1BUSH2HOG I posted on the 650 Rincon Because a buddy of mine as one he purchase it last year he use it a couple of times now he's tired of it and he told me he probably going to get rid of it. The machine as 200 miles no price was discuss between us.But I think the price will be to good to pass. Just a little worried about the transmission. Is it reliable. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I have an article that I read about the Rincon. And it said that just like all that honda has done for the ATV the transmission is the next best step for the ATV world. I would say that it is very reliable. If you are going to do some heavy duty work you just put it into shift mode. For general work and play I run mine in auto. I really do love the machine. As I stated earlier, my brother-in-law has a grizzly and it is nice but he even says that my Rincon is a smoother ride. And if he wouldn't have been in the situation that he was in he would have bought a Rincon. Honda dealer would not even talk to him about a trade of a yamaha.

Thank's Don for the info. I didn't plan to purchase an ATV at this present time as I was looking to get a tractor a couple of mouth's down the road but like I said the price might be to good to pass. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
