Does anyone know FOR SURE what oil Honda recommends in the reduction gear case on a F210 tiller? I can find an online owners manual but it doesn't really say for sure...under Transmission gear oil it says "Add recommended engine oil if level if low." Makes me think "engine oil" is a typo. I have done a search on the web for a better manual but had no luck so I'm hoping the vast knowledge base of fellow TBNers can help me out. :)
I'd post this in the Honda section but I think I will get way more exposure here.

In our f501 i just run engine oil. AFAIK its just a chain drive anyway, so engine oile will be more than adequate.

Done this for close to 15 years with no issue
