I also use my stick welder leads to simply connect to the power block on the tig. I find me an old plastic bottle in a size I like and cut the bottom out of it and slide that down the hose for my stinger insulator.

That is an American style that bolts on a stud. There are dinse adapters and dinse direct torches. Profax is a good place to start. There are also one piece and two piece power cables. There are also two sizes of cable fittings. Water cooled is a left handed thread.
