I haven't had any problem with the snow sticking to the plexiglass, but there has been some condensation on the inside of the glass and the weather break windshield. I think the heat coming back from the engine is the main cause along with body heat.
After blowing snow for a number of years with an open tractor, this is certainly an improvement. Yesterday we have around a foot of snow and I was out there for about two hours blowing out areas without any problem with getting wet.
No more snow until Friday and they are not sure just how much, but are talking 6 10 inches. Tell you the snow gods are working overtime this year.
Oh, I picked up the plexiglass at a local electronics discount / surplus outlet and paid like $12 for a piece 1/4" thick x 4' x 3' so with the tiewraps I maybe have $12.50 invested!
