horsepower and fel capacity boost 2810hst

good morning, now that the warranty has expired is there any way to boost the horsepower and front end loader capacity on a 2810hst. the engine bogs down going up hills even in low and the lift capacity on the loader seems very low for the size and weight of this tractor. thanks glenn

I'm suprised the engine bogs. Mine has good power. Does it only do it when using a pto attachment, like a brush hog, or at all times?
For FEL lift capacity, you can upsize the lift cylinders, I did and am happy with it. I bought them from Wallace Tractor.

Fel, larger cylinders, but will slow the motion a bit by volume pumped as long as the rest of the materials will take the strain. What altitude are you at? How old or many hours is the machine? What RPM are you running?

That's a good point to bring up. Using cylinders that are much larger could cause issues down the road from overloading the design.
I know Rick Wallace consulted with the loader manufacturer (KMW), so we stayed safe. I haven't really noticed any slow down of FEL operation. I did notice better lift capacity, mostly breakout force. It's a good mod to make if you don't mind spending the $.
