I guess this could happen to anyone. Had to move up a skid of firewood. So had to take off the plow. QA and put on forks. One handle was frozen or stuck of something. So the hoses ( for angle were off) and one side QA was released. This was out side . I normally drape the hoses over the plow blade when I un plug them.
So I picked it up and drove inside, you know solid floor, lights ,tools. And when I put the plow down , of course the hoses were under the blade. But the handle released. Both hoses probably shot. Deep cuts in both of them.
Generally I make my own hoses with reusable ends but you cannot change sizes , these are weird hoses 3/8 female jic on one end and 1/2 jic female on the other. I sent DHH a RFQ for 1/4 hose, crimped fittings. . If they are not out of the ball park I will do that , other wise I will look for a premade 3/8 x 3/8 and change the fittings on the cylinder.
What a pain for losing track of what I was doing. Wonder if the current hoses will hold through the next storm.
