I'm planning to add 2 work lights on the under side of my roll bar on a 2013 CK35H. Looking for opinions on what existing hot wire and the location of that hot wire that would be the best to tie into for power? I will be using a new power switch for the new lights.

You might try wiring off the switched side of your key switch and through your power switch. That way IF you were to forget and leave them on when you turn the tractor off the lights would go off, too. Save killing your battery
Don't forget to put a fuse somewhere after the switch and before the lights.

There is a power and ground connection for rear work lights already in the harness. Standing behind on the right hand side just under the sheet metal that the tool box is bolted to, look for 2 wires with round "bullet" connections.

There is also a spare fuse circuit in the block

When I was doing that on our L3830, I found a switched fuse in the fuse panel and used that for the "trigger" wire for the relay (which connected directly to the battery).

SSdoxie, is there a power switch already installed that is associated with these wires?

No, those are switched thru the ignition. The rear work light has its own switch.

Could someone please tell me how to get wires connected to the back of the spare fuse slots.

There is a difference between an unused fuse and the 'spare' fuses (usually two) in the fuse block.

The two 'spare' fuses really are just that. They do not and cannot connect to anything, they are just to be handy when a fuse needs replacing.

May have read your question wrong, my apologies if so.
