Probably shouldn't be national champs now.
A thorough NCAA investigation into just one player (a certain running back) would probably take care of that. The irony would be that Miami would then be national champions BECAUSE of an NCAA investigation.

They looked good, but it will be real hard to repeat. It is unfortunate of the misdeeds by Clarrett but nothing new in the sports world. I don't think the statement of shouldn't be national champs is correct but each to their own.

Maybe it's not.
I guess I'm just 'old school' enough to think the rules are there for a reason. I'm not a big fan of the NCAA and not a particularly big football fan at all. I was just of the opinion from all that I've read that it seemed Clarett shouldn't have been eligible last season and, in using him, OSU should have to forfeit games in which he participated. Maybe that's not the way it works now.
