How did you come up with that screen name?

A good portion of the screen names on this forum are self explanitory but some( for example, slamfire, Frank f15 ) have me wondering what the story behind the name is....Steve

Those of us who believe in the KISS principle just use our real name, if it isn't already being used, and mine usually isn't. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I used to just use Cindi but it seemed to always be taken so I had to go for a variation. My old standby screen name for aol is robomom39. My other one is mightymouser (last name is Mouser) I don't think much of myself do I? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Basically..........mine is from work. When we set up a new computer system, everyone's records were recorded by Inspector #.
The old radio system was in a few cars and they were able to contact you by paging the car's radio number. Then, when we got new radios, that's how they contacted you, by your number. All the Electrical inspectors were assigned a 500 series number, hence Inspector507 /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

In most of the forums I use my real name, but when in Rome...when I registered I had to come up with something pretty quick, and not being very creative, mine is pretty obvious...although somewhat misleading, because I actually live in Port St. Lucie, Florida, while I improve the land in Okeechobee. Also, most Okeechobee natives don't like "Okee"; they prefer "Chobee", as in the high school football cheers, "Go, Chobee, Go!" So, I actually, somehwat mildly, regret my impulsive choice. <sigh>

It would have been more fun if we had chosen to move a few miles up Rt. 441 to Yeehaw Junction.

Pitbull was a nick name hung on me because of my tendency to bite to quickly and usually harder than I intend to when I get impassioned about my beliefs, Midwest is just geographical.

While those tendencies still come out once in a while /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I have mellowed considerably over the years.
