Gary, My dealer does have the factory paint in a spray can, but I asked her to check to see if they have it in some type of touch up bottle. I'll let you know.

i'd grind the paint, bend to place.. and then arc weld.. then chanse the threads if needed.. clean up.. prime and paint to match after a lil grind.

wouldn't think anythig of it.

put ground clamp as close to work as possible., etc.

have done MUCh welding on auto's and tractors. I do not routinely remove the alt / bat.. etc..
