can someone let me know how i post a picture from my computer in here?

When you post or reply to a thread. The first window that shows up is where you type in your message.
When you click on "CONTINUE" you will get a new screen. It will show you a copy of what your post will look like. Just below that will be a line that says "You may attach a file if you like (no bigger than 100000 bytes please)." With a box and icon that says "Browse". When you click on the Browse icon it will open a list of your computer files. Scroll to your folder where pictures are stored. Click on the one you want to load to TBN. Then click on open. This will put file location in the box next to Browse icon. Press the Icon that says " POST THIS MESSAGE" . As was stated above file must be less than 100K in size. If you do not have a resizing program here is a thread with some info. Click Here

And Scott - the re-sizing can be a pain in the rear. Feel free to email them to me if its an emergency, I can re-size them and send them back to you. The best program I've found is one called Brilliant Photo - I'm nearing the end of a 30-day free trial. There's also a free bundle of software you can download from Microsoft - dang, what's it called - something-pack? It includes a resizing utility that's supposed to be good.

I found that what works best for resizing is "Paint"
It's in all PC, once you got the picture open with paint goto "Image/Strech" Put in 50 in the Horiz & Vertical

What's it called? Microsoft Power Toys image resizer. I've got 3 other programs that work, but it's the handiest one of all for posting pictures on the Internet or sending them via e-mail.
And of course I learned about it right here on TBN and apologize for my poor old memory not being good enough to remember who to give credit for it.

I have a great software program that you can't find anywhere called janine( my wife-very soft!) When she runs the computer things go great, when i run it, not so good. It's ok because she can't boom spray well at all! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The size is critical. I recall when I posed my first pic (attempt) it was bigger than 100k, but it didn't stop me and the post still showed up with and attachment. So keep it under 100k for sure.
