How do I set Valve Adjustment

I want to adjust the valves in my Ford 1220. My manual says for cylinder one goto TDC and set clearance. Nothing is mentioned about cylinder 2 or 3. Would I rotate crankshft 120 degrees and set number 2 and another 120 degrees and set number 3? Or is there another way to adjust # 2 & 3.

You must set each cylinder to TDC to adjust. One would assume that crank throws are exactly 120 Deg. apart on a 3 Cyl. engine, but there's no substitite for visual confirmation that every in turn is at TDC.
