how do increase pressure on my jd 4120???

Hello.
Just wondering if anyone knows how to increase hydraulic
Pressure on my JD 4120..... I have a 400 loader that's
has trouble lifting wet compost without backing in and out of
the piles. I am not sure if this is even possible without upgrading the pump?
Or are there adjustments. Can the pressure be checked at the rear remotes?

Hydraulics:
Type: open center
Capacity: 10.3 gal [39.0 L]
9.6 gal [36.3 L] (eHydro)
Pressure: 2500 psi [172.4 bar]
Pump flow: 12 gpm [45.4 lpm]
Total flow: 17.1 gpm [64.7 lpm]
Steering flow: 5.1 gpm [19.3 lpm]

Most FEL valves have a pressure relief valve at the input to the valve.

You can check the pressure by plugging a 3000 psi hyd gage in a QD to a cyl, momentary.

You can install a hyd gage in the IN port of the FEL valve for a permanent installation.

The pressure might be OK, and other things might be happening, such as cyl seals leaking.

Thanks JJ.....so the first step is to confirm pressure. If We show 2500lbs...
And no leaks/fluid loss.....it would be a capacity issue. If it lower than 2500 lbs....it would be adjustable?????

Did you perhaps change to a larger bucket or add a grapple?

If your relief pressure is good, then you should be as before.
