how do you remove the fuel tank from a satoh s630 bull

need to clean the fuel tank from my satoh bull , removed the steering wheel can't see how to move dash up to have enough clearance to remove tank, does the steering column have to be un bolted at steering box and throttle lever un bolted?

I new to this satho world I’ve owned our tractor for three years now just now needing to look for parts and this valley power helped a lot
