How I spent my Thanksgiving Day

So I decided to end the season with one last paddle. The temperature was quite comfortable while we sat and floated in the Meredith Bay by "Indian Island" enjoyed a good cigar and listened to "Alice's Resteraunt" at noon time on the radio.

I sure wouldn't mind a few more day's or weeks like this.

So relaxing. I hope everbody had as great a day as I did.

I worked up such an appetite, I had to stop at my favorite eating establishment, had some baked stuffed shrimp, a "way to big" plate of the days traditional dinner, washed it all down with a little "Jack Daniels"

We had a quite Thanksgiving..ate darn well,relax,try to manage the whitetail herd..but ended up managing scaring 6 of them off,than more R&R...yeah it was nice day.

Hi Thomas,
I am a regular for coffee @ 5:45 AM every, T,W,T,F,S. Sunday is my day and Monday their closed.
We sit at our table and grunt over the morning paper, solve the worlds problems, whilst creating some new ones.


Actually the Country Kitchen is known locally as the Village Kitchen, why it says country on the sign nobody knows. When it was in the old spot (where Dillingers now sits) it was named (sign) "Village Kitchen"

It would actually be on the right (headed East) before the Mboro. village.
Could you be thinking of the "Center Harbor Diner" ? which would be on the right (headed West) before Ctr. Harbor
And Yes, today looks like it is going to be a little damp.
