How long should my Harbor Freight shop press hold the pressure?

Upgraded to the air assist for $42 with a 20% off coupon and $30 credit for the bad cylinder. I'm happy with it so far. It held the pressure for over 16 hours, more than enough for my use.
I can see a few jobs that the air assist could be handy.
