I would just go looking, grease gun in hand, and keep at it until I felt I had found them all. Look at all points of movement around axles. I'm assuming that you know what a grease zerk looks like. You should be able to locate all by eye...at worst, miss only one.

How are we supposed to know without the manual??
Sounds like you need to get close to your machine and find out where they are located.
