How Many Hours

Just curious, what kind of hours are you averaging? I’ve had my TC29D for 30 months now and just sent it in for its 300 hour service. So I seem to be doing about 120 hours per year, all non-commercial. Most of it is summertime mowing with a little landscaping, as we have not had that much snow in the last 3 years.

3 months, only 20 hours. More will build as winter ends and the groung becomes workable and grass starts growning. I still suspect I will only average about 2-3 hours per week or less over the year.

About 50-60 per year. Would be more if I had a loader.

Thirteen months into ownership and about 150 hours. Question is, which attachment do I love the most: finish mower, BH, tiller or FEL? Heck, whichever keeps me in the seat the longest.

I've put about 145 hrs on my JD4700 in about 3 months clearing trees, stumps and brush, building roads, discing fields, removing old wire fencing, etc. I'll be using it daily over the summer as we fence the perimeter with horse wire and some 3-board fencing. We are just about to start the house and shop excavation. My neighbor will do the major work with his dozer and trackhoe. I'll probably move dirt piles and help if needed. This year and next will probably be the heaviest use for the tractor. We'll add a barn in 2003.

About 60 hours my first year. Of course, I'm lucky to visit my tractor property one or two weekends a month. Less during the winter.

59 hours in 8 months, looks like the average will be about 85 hours a year. Most all of it weekend work, not as much in the winter especially this one with little snow plowing time.

About 250 hours last summer on the JD 1050 mowing 5 days a week. About 15 hours on the JD 955, bought it late fall.

In past 12 months 270 hrs. on a 5410 just kicking back and baling some hay. Just 38 more working days before summer vacation. And one before spring break. Then I fire it up and spread some fert..

We average about 275hrs a year between the TN and Massey 135. Most are on the TN and the Massey stays at our other farm to maintain the pens there.

17 months of ownership on the 4700 and its within an hour or two of 300 hours
or 17.65 hours per month or 4.4 hours per week.
