How much will 2520 and 200CX lift?

I have a 2520 with a 200CX loader on it. I have Pallet Forks that I have weigh 220 Lbs. I don't have the owners manuals near me, and my neighbor asked me to help him lift a Gun Vault that weighs 750 Lbs. I'm assuming it will pick it up, but I'm just not sure. I only have to raise it up about 30 inches onto his deck.

Does anyone know how much it will actually lift? I know I have hauled alot of stuff that seems like it should have been alot heavier than that, but i have no clue what the stuff really did weigh in reality.

Ensoll has lifted about 750 pounds with his 2305/200CX outfitted with 180lb forks. Given the reference point, I think your 2520 will probably manage to lift it.

Do you want book specs or things lifted , i have the same tractor, about the same weight in pallet forks. The specs tell me lift capacity at 59in messured at pivot 1124lb, measured at 500mm ahead of pivot 827lbs, i have 270 gal tots they use to put oil in, i gutted them out and put wood in them, my neighbor had a tow motor and a industrial scale like a fish scale, the weight on that was 1050lbs, the heighest i could lift it was 52 inches.

Here's a tip for ya.....I assume you are using a chain with your bucket......

If you can't lift it with the chain over the front of the bucket, try draping the chain over the back of your bucket. You can lift a lot more weight going this route.

Have your buddy steady it once you've got it up so as not damage your grill.

Its on a Pallet already, so it should be a pretty easy job, but need to use extreme caution. :thumbsup:

I lifted my 46BH out of the back of my truck with my Frontier pallet forks. I believe the sticker on the hoe said 759 lbs and the forks are approximately 380 lbs, so you should be able to do it.

Might want to double check the deck construction to make sure it can handle the load....
