how reliable are the bx2360s?

Just wondering from people who have owned these tractors (or similar) if you are having good reliability from them of if they require regular repairs and are having issues

Since you just joined TBN, welcome. Also, since you just joined, I am going to assume, until you say aye or nay, that you might be in the market for a BX and just wanted some feedback from BX owners? What i believe you are going to get is overwhelming hurrahs for the line. Awesome, terrific, bullet proof, reliable, tough, brute, fun, wonderful... etc etc.

Is it perfect? No. One design feature that drives everyone to paranoia is the little HST cooling fan, made of plastic. It isn't unique to Kubota, as most/many other small compacts have that cooling system of the tranny.

Pound for pound, you'd be really hard pressed to find a more popular tractor among hundred and hundreds of TBN folks. Yessir. Darn good tractor.

What he said. Great tractor. Mine's at 500 trouble free hours over 5 years with not a single repair or problem.

Er, in a moment of weakness, I lent it to a friend who proceeded to drop a brick out of the FEL onto the hood and left a nice little dimple right in the center... what a pal... but that's about it. I told him he shoulda dropped it on his head. I guess that doesn't count, though.

I am on my second one and my first one, 2003 BX2200, lives with my daughter and son in and law and is still going strong. I will buy another one in a few years I am sure. I also own a John Deere 2305 and prefer the BX.
