How slow must one travel for proper harley rake use? My current tractor will travel 0.8 mph in its' lowest gear. I'm researching another tractor which goes 1.8 mph in its' lowest gear. Opinions?

A general rule is a walking pace. A walking pace can be as slow as 2 mph or as high as 4 mph. But, your soil conditions and grade variations will be the biggest determining factors.
