How to add coolant to Kioti CK3510SE HST tractor

I have about 20 hours on my new tractor. It's low on coolant, and I'm not sure how to add the coolant. Am I supposed to take the cap off of the rectangular, whitish coolant reservoir and add the coolant to the reservoir? There is a sort of handle attached to the cap, so I'm guessing that is what I should do. The thing is, though, there is a hose attached to the top of the cap. If I'm supposed to take off that cap and add the coolant to the reservoir, is the hose just supposed to say on top of the cap when I take the cap off, or should I somehow remove the hose from the cap before taking the cap off?

You may have to pull off the clear tube, but yeah you have it right. Pop the cap and fill with 50/50 coolant/water mix. Just for kicks (check with the engine off and cool) I would check the coolant level in the radiator too.

Correct, add the 50/50 mix coolant to the overflow reservoir pictured. You should not have to mess with the clear hose. As already mentioned, also confirm that the radiator itself is full, and only open the radiator cap on a cold engine.
Some other information not asked for...
Make sure you use the correct coolant, and never mix different coolant types. The overflow reservoir will have a cold fill level and a hot fill level. If you over fill the reservoir it will puke coolant on the ground.
