How to adjust taishon ts 254 hydraulic unit

Have rebuilt the hydraulic unit on this old codger and am not too familiar with adjustments. Looks like two adjustments one in the front of the cast housing near the foot of the driver as well as one on the side.
Any help would be appreciated. It still runs sloppier than hell but it is reliable.
