How to connect to the excavator and get hydraulic pump data?

Hi we are woring with a volvo EC300EL excavator. Where can I find information about it's computer unit, how to connect to it? what data can I read from it and send to another computer.

The goal is to get data from the hydraulic pump while the excavator is working.
Ideally, I would want to have access to all sensors data.
