I just got this tractor last year, it's a 2 wheel drive and have fixed the clutch, replace all hydraulic oil.Now I'm working on getting the hitch working. The hitch has not worked when I bought it. The guy did not know, why it did not work and he did not do any type of maintence on it at all.
The manual shows the location of 2 different valve bodies on right side.First one is the Priority flow control valve, supplying oil to power steering unit and flow to the next valve. The next is the relief valve/diverter valve. Not clear what this valve controls,,,,,,oil from it goes to the inlet to control to lift and lower of the hitch.
Now the question where do I start at trouble shooting it. I have flow from the pump to the first valve because the power steering is working just fine. Should I take the valve apart before I try to set pressures here first ?
