I am thinking you might sell the loader, and get as much as you can, then sell the tractor for a grand to 1500.00. The only way I see you coming out on this is to find the housing in a tractor junkyard, or find one that burned or something similar some where...providing the housing didn't melt or isn't the reason it was junked to begin with.
Even if you get it fixed by welding, I would sell the loader off of it anyway as that issue is likely to repeat itself somewhere else on the housing. I am sure the loader will fit a couple of sizes up in tractor and would not overload those frames.
