I dont know about all of you but I have had two New Kubotas and both of them would drive me nuts when the tractor would idle and the FEL handle would rattle like hell. I finally found an easy fix that works really well. I took the controll box apart and installed two thin (about the thickness of 4 pieces of paper) fiber washers where the bolt goes through the hydraulic controll union. Place the washers between the square piece that is hooked to the handle and the "U" that controlls the valves. I had to spread the "U" piece by putting it in the vice. When I reinstalld it I put a drop of locktight on the bolt so you dont have to overtighten it or you can use a nylon locking nut if you happen to have one thats metric and fine thread. Make sure the mechinizm works freely. The washers I used were larger than the steel bushing that is inside the square metal piece that is hooked to the handle. (about 5/8th of inch inside diameter and anout 1/3 the thickness of an o-ring---I tried o-rings first but they were too thick then I tried teflon washers and they were too thick) I then took silicone and put a dab on the steel washers and cotter pins where the controll linkages hook to the handle and the valves. No more rattles! So if the rattle drives you as crazy as it drives me heres your two dollar fix in 30min. Good luck Glenn
