how to lock hydraulic pump on with L4240

I have a (fairly new) Kubota L4240 and want to use it with an attachment that has external controls (a post driver). It all works fine, but I can't figure out how to lock the double acting hydraulic lever in the cab in the "open" position. A friend of mine was helping me and he mentioned there's normally a lock nut, like on the 3pt link lift lever, but my tractor doesn't have one. Is there a way to do this on a Kubota?

Bungee cord will work,

There are common 3 valve types, double acting, floating, & detented. Detented will stay put until they hit a certain pessure, then they kick out. If you dont have one, the afore mentioned bungee or similar technology is the common solution.
