how to remove steering wheel Masey Furgerson 220

Hi, I'm trying to remove the dashboard.
I unplugged the main wire connector so it won't pull on the gauges but I can't remove the steering wheel I'm not sure how?

The steering wheel cap either unscrews or prys off to reveal the steering wheel nut. Unscrew the nut until flush with the shaft, you will need to soak the wheel/shaft splines with PB Blaster or WD40. Go to Autozone or an auto parts store that loans out tools and rent a steering wheel removal tool. It may not come off very easily.
