I have a B6100D and have had problems with keeping the battery charged. In the past year, I've gone through 2 batteries and am unable to start the tractor without a battery charger. The fan belt is the appropriate tightness and I suspect that the alternator is the culprit. I am looking for detailed information on how to remove the alternator so that I can take it to a local shop for testing and/or repair. Can anyone point me to detailed instructions and/or pictures?
Also, any other ideas for troubleshooting would be appreciated.
