HOW TO SEARCH POSTED TOPICS ON FORM ??

Sometime I am successful searching topic. Same with searches for my posts.. Now I can't search my old posts for forgotten answers I got from our group. Forgotten how.
Ain't that a kick in the rear????

Can someone post search instructions for Dummies or Morons, as I sometime feel like. If I get the keys to searching here I'll write them down.
