Well, it's a PITA, but not that hard. I had to completely remove the cab roof to have it repaired a couple weeks ago. You can open it up by simply removing 4 bolts, unfortunately, you'll need to remove 6 more if you have any chance of putting 2 of the original 4 back in place.
There are 4 bolts in the top roof of the cab that are painted orange to match. (Sorry, just noticed you have a Bobcat, they'll obviously be white). Ignore these, you don't need to take them out.
There is a bolt in each door opening that you need to remove. When you open each door, look up, they thread up into the roof, mine had a cover that had to be removed.
There are two hidden bolts in the front between the work lights that also thread up into the roof. You can get a small socket in there and remove them, that's what I did, but re-installing them when you're done is VERY difficult. I'd say you could do it, but I gave up quickly and removed the 6 bolts that hold the grey trim with the work lights. I actually only removed 4 on one side so I could pull it out of the way, started the bolt and then reinstalled 3 of them and then removed the other 2 so I could do the other side. That worked better since the piece would be hanging by the wires for the work lights otherwise. I also had to remove the 4 bolts at the back that hold the hinges, but it should open wide enough that you don't have to.
If I had to remove it and then re-install it again now, it would be less than a 30 minute job. It took much longer the first time.
Check out post #33 of my thread on the subject, you'll see what's up there and in the first pic of the roof, you can see one of the speakers in the bottom right corner of the picture.

I'm really looking forward to a review of the new speakers. They're easy enough to replace and the old ones sound like cr@p, so it's very much worthwhile. I'm just not sure how much better other 4" speakers would be.
