How to time a 3 cylinder kioti

I put in new injectors new fuel lines new fuel filter a newly rebuilt injecter pump I didn't time it I was told it won't need it so it starts and blows white smoke it will run good for awhile and then loose power then it will catch it self run good again blowing white smoke not sure what to do

What was the status before you went through the fuel system? Why did you go through the fuel system? Is the current behavior similar to where you started? The white smoke is generally indicative of a cold engine and should soon disappear. Continued white smoke can indicate water getting into the combustion chamber - not a good thing as you have surmised. Do you have any water in your oil? Does oil appear in your coolant? As far as the timing goes, you'd probably have to have access to the shop manual for your tractor.
