The first time I did mine it came off without a problem, getting it back on was another matter. I left the stabilizer legs out supporting the backhoe and the arm extended. I did place a cinderblock under the assembly after I pulled away from the unit. Came back in a week and could not get the hoses to connect. There was still pressure on the hydraulic hoses which thwarted any attempt at reconnecting the quick disconnects. I now "relieve" any pressure on the hoses before disconnecting them. Once your backhoe is free from the tractor shut it down and wiggle every valve on the backhoe - it will settle some as the fluid pressure stabilizes. Then pop your quick disconnects..... When you go to reattach you will not have to do what I did and Loose a fitting to reconnect.
Hope this helps
