- formerly - 373 Beaver and others; presently, CAT 226 skid-steer
I was a member for some years a while back. I owned a Mistu/Satoh Beaver III 373D, a proud little four-wheeler that wasn't short on guts. I sold it and defected to a skid steer - it fit my work mode much better and had a heated cab for snow plowing in the winter.
I've got a novel item for the Beavers. I've got a new, still in the crate bulldozer blade for them. It's never been un-crated. I pulled an edge apart a while back to get at the directions and manual but, other than being somewhat weather-beaten, it's still in there as it was packed. Since I don't have the tractor any more I don't have a need for the blade. Mind you, it's not a snowplow (although snow, marshmallows, feed, dirt, gravel, it will move anything), it's a bulldozer blade. It's meant to be fully mounted (easy on-and-off) and is underslung. It would be fine for grading a road, for pioneering a driveway or trail, for pushing out a basement or any other task as tough as the machine is.
I have no idea what it's worth but want to sell it. I know someone can use it.
Get in touch with me for info, or if you have info on it.
Thanks,
Dan
