I don't have a tractor. I would love a 4WD TLB, but $$$ limits that option. A great deal got me into a 2005 Bobcat S150 with about 500 hours on the meter. It came with auxiliary hydraulics, a loader bucket, and forklift attachment. I bought a QuickSpade attachment for the forks. Always on the lookout for a backhoe attachment!
Damp/moist clay was rendering the machine useless, so I added over-tire steel tracks. Now it goes anywhere.
I have 9+ wooded acres to tend to, plus a pond, and much area to clear and grade around the house. I just had fourteen 60'-80' trees dropped. The house is much safer now, but dealing with those stems is job #1.
