none yet!
On Monday I called Hoye tractor parts because I'd brought home my new (used) 1510D tractor over the weekend. I needed that 3-pt hitch kit badly!!

I told the salesguy, I'll pay for extra shipping so I don't have to wait 5 days! He offered that it would take just as long, trust him, dont' worry about shipping any faster.

That was Monday. The kit showed up on my doorstep this morning... two days later! They weren't kidding, I'd have wasted $60 on quicker shipping to have the goods arrive no earlier.

Thanks guys!!

We're having a decent snowstorm right now, on the way home from work I am picking up the 5' 3-pt blade, ideally tonight later or tomorrow morning early, I'll be moving snow with my new (to me) tractor!! I sure am glad I changed all the fluids and filters last weekend after we unloaded it...

Thanks DieselGeek! We appreciate your business. We hate to see any more money go to UPS than we have to.:)

I'm not sure who you talked to when you called to order or if they gave you the specs for the sway chain adaptors (the 1510 requires a small metal strap to attach the sway chain which is not currently available but is very easy to fabricate).

long discussion here--

If they didn't give you the dimension and you need them, you can email me & I'll send them to you.

Happy snow moving!

Wow - what perfect timing. I opened up the box about 20 minutes ago, and discovered I am missing some parts on the tractor - namely, a "Top Link Bracket"

And the sway chain adapters. Looks like I need the "Lift arm pins" to mate to the 3-pt kit's lift arms as well.

So, no snow pushing for me yet!! :) aaron, I'll be calling you guys first thing in the morning.

thanks again!

Food for thought. When pushing backwards make sure that you do not hit a solid object. You stand a chance of bending a lift arm. Keep your blade slightly off the ground. Pulling forwards is the best action if possible.

I agree with Dick. I plow alot of snow and have a couple of 4WD tractors, front blades, rear blade, snow blower and front end loader. I use my front blade and blower combination the most, but my rear blade works really well. That being said, I never use it in reverse. I wax it up well and drive forward with it angled. With it waxed, it curls the snow out of the way quite well and does a great job. 3 pt hitch plows tend to take a real beating when used in reverse. It becomes too easy to start ramming snow banks and trying to move snow back, something they are ill suited for.
