I don't know if I've been scammed or not as I did consent to their system prices $120 (this included a $20 three month tech support period if I was to call him back). I was trying to get a older HP 1012 Laserjet printer to work (three days of frustration) on my new Acer E15 notebook computer with Windows 10. The original HP live help after some basic trouble shooting and got all my printer info and my telephone number and had Visionaire TechSupportExpert in India (out sourced trouble shooting) call me. Well after 1hour and 15 minutes of him going thru my digital shorts (he had control of my computer) he said my printer didn't work with the new USB 3.0 on the Acer and the printer cable was USB 2.0. I thought all those ports were backward compatible? Anyway we negociated the price down from $150. Anyone else ever delt with Visionaire TechSupportExpert in India? The guy in India was trying to compare his prices with Best Buys Geek Squad prices. And the prices were close. bjr
