Ok so I figured out that my HST pedal switch is out of adjustment so that when I get off the tractor it stalls. I remember reading a thread on here about that and that's how I knew it was a problem once I checked out that the seat switch was working the relay. The problem now is adjusting it, it's almost impossible to get a wrench near it, plus the the nut is huge- looks like around 27mm - a huge wrench. I'm thinking if I take the back tire off I might be able to get to it but the tire is loaded, fun times. Anyone have to do this yet? Is that the way to go? It's a B2620.

Well I did it. You have to remove the right rear wheel in order to get the giant 1 1/16 inch wrench ( I didn't have metric in that size) in there to adjust the switch that could fit in the palm of your hand. Really dumb design but I guess they can't think of everything. The hardest part was getting the 300+ pound loaded tire off and on again. Use jack stands, a bottle jack, boards under the tires to get it off. To get it on you need to line up your studs by spinning the opposite wheel in neutral. Then roll it up onto boards to get it at the right height. Or get help. I'm fairly strong but there is no way you can pick up and turn 300 pounds in front of you while squatting. Glad I have a small tractor - any bigger and it would be near impossible alone.

Thanks for the info on how you got to it. Mine does that on occasion too, but I think it's because the thing just doesn't stop from the forward position. It will still go forward (at above creeping speed). For right now, dealer says they are going to replace the pedal dampener under warranty, but will see if I need to make any future adjustments. I have a loaded tire too, but it's a BX24, so no where near the weight of yours.
Yeah, that's how mine started out. If it stalled when I got off the seat I would have to wiggle the HST pedal with my hand to get it back to a neutral position so the tractor would start again. Today it stalled and no amount of wiggling would get it to start again. Of course I was far from the house with a bucket of snow too. I ended up sticking a shim in front of the switch plunger to get it started and back to the garage.
Today I also discovered the grease fitting on the HST pedal. The manual only shows the brake pedal fitting and calls it the HST pedal fitting. No wonder my pedal would stick sometimes, 130 hours with no grease. It works better now though.

You dont have to remove the tire. If you press the fuel pedal forward it will release the pressure on the switch and you can pry it out fairly easy with a flat head screwdriver.
