Husqvarna 455 Chainsaw - Lost Power ?

-What is a "head gasket" on a 455 chainsaw?

Probably meant cylinder gasket. Strange though, I've never run across one of those leaking? And if it was bad enough to cause it to run bad, it should have caused damage to the P&C?

On the dealer repair invoice it was noted as "head gasket replaced", but it was in fact the cylinder gasket that was leaking & causing all the drama - Something I've never come across a similar problem in using chainsaws for the last 35years in commercial applications
Saw now runs fine & cut all day at the weekend making fence post from 20" hardwood logs.
