anyone ever change this before? Or better yet know of a place i can find a repair manual? I have been all over the web with no luck

thanks

All the knowledge out there and know one has any ideas?... I did find out that there is no repair manuals available for John Q Public. Per Husqvarna they want owners to take the machines to a certified repair center.... I kind of think this is a bunch of malarkey!

Ultara---- Currently I'm in Brighton.... I think I got it figured out but until i get the new part I won't know for sure. I'm thinking that the auger control shaft must go into a little hole in the idler arm assembly .. The auger control shaft has a roller that slides over the end. My simple mind can't in-vision how the by engaging the auger shaft how that will engage the idler arm

Nope! in fact, I just drove 2 hours up to my shop, fabricated the part and welded it to the Auger shaft I was tired of waiting. I was going to start putting it back together today, however when I returned home my wife informed me she broke our snapper. Well the pull cord broke! Easy enough to fix, famous last words. I started to take the 3201 Snapper apart and found that the whole **** snow blower had to be disassembled. I even had to drain and pull the gas tank to get to the clutch shroud bolts so I could take it off to put the new pull cord on. Okay so lets go a step further, when I started to reassemble I found two of the motor/frame brackets were tore/broke so I had to weld the up. I still ain't finished. Quit for the night. If i can get the garage warm enough tomorrow I hope to get them both put back together and running.....

Wouldn't it have been easier to just put electric start on it??? JK Holy Crap! Two hours puts you north of Midland. I've been into projects like that before. Makes you wish you never bought your first wrench set. The worst part is when you find out if you'd have started at the other end... Well, you know. What type of shop do you have, fabrication? I work in the predictive maintenance field.

I do habitat restoration projects, custom installations ( Wildlife food plots ). I'm a glorified play farmer with a pile of debt trying to keep the business a float. Predictive maintenance do you do the maintenance repairs or give the recommendations? Do you work with gas and oil?
