Hustler Fastback upgrade notice

Last year I bought a Hustler Fastrack zero turn mower and today received a "Upgrade notice that must be preformed IMMEDIATELY by an authorized dealer"
Has anyone else received the notice and know what it is about?

It is called a CAMPAIGN #SB536

I just received my notice today too....looks like I'll have to give the dealer a call tomorrow.

Thanks blackmajicwoman for the link. Looks like it's a bracket for an idler, if it breaks then you have no power to the back wheels; no drive and no steering, some have broken so Hustler has decided to replace them. I have also had issues with my fuel gauge not reading right, which the dealer has acknowledged a lot of units have had that problem also and will fix that also under warranty.

Today the dealer replaced the flat tension bar with a thicker metal angle iron piece, he had just finished one as I backed it off the trailer and asked me If I wanted to wait, I did, it took 15 minutes and then he went on to fix the fuel gauge by taking the seat off and removing the gauge and filing around the little plunger that goes up and down. Total time 30 minutes and back on the road, all under warranty - What Service!

I meant to reply sooner...I too had an issue with the fuel gauge. I did remove the sending unit and attempted to "smooth" out the plunger...but to no avail. The dealer had no issue taking care of it, but because I didn't want to take the mower out of service and transport it to the dealer, he brought me the replacement part, which was an entire new gas tank with new sending unit!! He indicated Hustler does not spare just the sending unit because each sending unit is calibrate to each tank...didn't know we need that type of accuracy on our ZTRs! Nonetheless, the new sending unit works fine and I am picking up my replacement idler arm today. Thanks for the info.
